About

Kristina is an IATSE Journeyman member of Local 31. She has her B.F.A. in Theatre Design with a focus in Lighting Design and Technology. She is currently the Resident Lighting Designer with The Kansas City Symphony. She has recently created and executed lighting designs for The Kansas City Jazz Orchestra, and the KC Superstar Competition. She has worked on broadcast design with shows such as TEDxKC, and the Kansas City Symphony Celebration at the Sation. These are alongside a history of Musical Theatre Lighting Designs and Musical Theatre/Opera Stage Management. She has also worked as a Production Manager, Lighting Designer, and Technician with Harvest Productions INC., Designer and Electrician for The Kansas City Repertory Theatre, American Heartland, Coterie, Kansas University Theatre, Lied Center of Kansas, and Carlson Center.
